Are you complying with Canada's latest Consumer Product Safety Act? 
 
Earlier this month A new Consumer Product Safety Act came into force.

 

This Act brings Canada's legislation much more in line with that of the U.S.

 

Manufacturers who sell into the U.S. are probably already in compliance but our other members may not be.
