Foundation launches new website

The Skillman Foundation has launched its new website, full of interactive features about the Foundation, our grantees and the children we serve. The stories, photos and multimedia found on these pages reflect the commitment of our leadership, staff and members of our community to improve the lives of the most vulnerable among us.

Some features to explore:

A sophisticated grants mapping tool presented in partnership with the New York City-based Foundation Center;
An easy-to-navigate multimedia section featuring videos of grantees, highlights from recent symposiums and updates from our neighborhoods;
A toolbox for grantees and grant-seekers;
The debut of our new blog, A Rose for Detroit.

You'll also find many of the great features we've always had, such as:

Access to our Annual Reports and Good School Guides;
Various other publications such as studies and reports on the well-being of Detroit's children;
GOOD Stories, featuring our grantees and the work they're doing in our neighborhoods;
Local events and the latest news from the Foundation.

Foundation seeks administrative assistant

The Skillman Foundation is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support the program officers. The position is 28 hours per week.
