Self-esteem key topic at female youth summit


Lessons of self-esteem and self-acceptance took center stage at Neighborhood Service Organization's annual Female Teen Summit where about 70 youth learned about health, education and personal advancement.

Foundation promotes Sharnita Johnson, hires Henry McClendon


The Foundation announced this week the promotion of program officer Sharnita Johnson to senior program officer, changemaking. In addition, Henry McClendon has joined the Foundation as a program officer, with a focus on education.
