Goss receives Fred Rogers Leadership Award Skillman Foundation President & CEO Carol Goss received the Fred Rogers Leadership Award in Philanthropy for Children, Youth & Families on Sept. 23. The award, presented by the Grantmakers for Children, Youth, and Families, has been given since 2003 in memory of Fred Rogers, star of the "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" children's show.
