been in business since 1850 when the Bavarian Royal Family granted a

Bayern Stein Club
members and guests will have the opportunity to sample some of these
world-class Weizen Biers at this meeting set Thursday, April 10. In addition, we'll be able to watch a virtual
tour of this famous institution and the beautiful country around the
village on the Danube River.

snack while hiking in the mountains, use your fingers or

food. Here we are following my mother's recipe: we mix
ground beef and ham with eggs, lots of onions, bread,
milk and our secret spices - after rolling these
"sausage patties" in coarse bread crumbs they are slowly
sauteed to a nice dark rich brown. $.95

The Hofbräu Maibock is here

| By tradition, the first barrel of Maibock is tapped in the
Hofbräuhaus in the last week of April, in time for the merry month of
May. The success story of Munich's oldest bock beer goes back as far as
1614.
With its powerfully aromatic
flavour and its alcoholic content of some 7.2% volume, Hofbräu Maibock
marks one of the high points in the beer-lover's calendar!
