Here in Texas we harvest the direct descendants of wild boar introduced to the New World by Spanish explorers and European settlers. The free-ranging wild boar forage on berries, nuts, and other natural vegetation. They are truly wild, not farmed or pen-raised, and completely natural with no added hormones, antibiotics or medicines of any kind. Bier 101 was a great success,
let's do it again!
Our Stein Club Dinner on March 12 will feature the Bier 103 seminar, where you can learn about hops and Pilsner style German Bier. Tickets are $ 29.50 per person and you can purchase them at the bar. In Bavarian Bier and Brats 101 we had over 50 students and had to move to our Biergarten to accomodate the crowd! Great fun was had by all!Would you like to participate in Bier 102 - Schnitzel and Weissbier, mark your calendar for Wednesday, May 14 at 7pm in the Jaeger Stube, or hopefully in the Biergarten. wonderful Bier - as spring is approaching we are traditionally kicking off the
Biergarten season with "Biergarten Fruehling" and each meal includes a half liter of one of our draft Helles of your choice.
