Wild Boar - The Hunter's Prize - Wild boar have inhabited the forests of Europe for centuries. Their reclusive nature, fierce disposition, and delicious meat made them a coveted delicacy for any table. Here in Texas we harvest the direct descendants of wild boar introduced to the New World by Spanish explorers and European settlers. The free-ranging wild boar forage on berries, nuts, and other natural vegetation. They are truly wild, not farmed or pen-raised, and completely natural with no added hormones, antibiotics or medicines of any kind. Enjoy this rare and excellent meat as a special treat: the new Wildschwein Schnitzel with Jaegersauce, our mixed salad and Spaetzle.

Bier and Brats 101

Back by popular demand: Bavarian Bier and Brats: Learn about differrent styles and seasons to brew Bier. This is a truly unique educational and entertaining experience. Participants taste a variety of different Bavarian Biers and sample a variety of different sausages during an insightful Power Point Presentation that covers the history and making of Bavarian Bier. Students will also learn how to eat a Weisswurst.

This class lasts approximately 60-70 minutes,
depending on student involvement.
$ 19.50 per person

Stein Club Corner Our Stein Club Dinner on March 12 will feature the Bier 103 seminar, where you can learn about hops and Pilsner style German Bier. Tickets are $ 29.50 per person and you can purchase them at the bar.
