with 5 sausages, Hühnerbrust nach "Gärtnerin Art" and Lachsfilet
pochiert in Sylvaner, a filet of Salmon poached in Sylvaner wine.
- Various Appetizers, Soups, Salads and Desserts are available.
- The Alpenmusikanten band will play
- Complementary Champagne toast at 5 pm to bring in the New Year in Munich
2. Bavarian Bier Jazz Band in the Bier Garten starts at 7 pm

Metzger Ragout -
 This is a very special holiday treat for many long time Stein Club members with multiple Steins, this Saturday at 2 pm - the Butcher ragout with many different stewed sausages. Please be so kind to call or email ahead and let us know that you are coming as we will prepare only for members with a reservation. We just will eat ragout and drink a couple of Bavarian Biers with it, and chat about the good old days of the Stein Club.
