As we are moving into December and the nights turn colder we celebrate "Winter Fest" with our special menu.
The roasted duckling is always one of the favorites.
We like to celebrate your birthday with you and your friends playing Happy Birthday for you on our cowbells.
And please bring your family from out of town during the holidays for a great Schnitzel and a cool Bavarian Bier.

We cure a giant ham hock in a special salty brine and simmer it in Sauerkraut until tender.Served with split pea puree and mashed potatoes. It's big enough for two,
or take home the left-overs for a special sandwich.

The annual Stein Club Christmas Party will be on Dec 12. and the North Texas Foster Kids needs our help. These abused children need some security in their lives. Please  bring a stuffed toy, one that a child could sleep with. Or donate, when we give you your drink tickets, for us to do the toy shopping for you, it will make us all feel a little more like Christmas!
