Eddie Rose is the New Stein Ckub President and the Stein Club November Dinner features Eisbein

Another delightful fall treat awaits Bayern Stein Club members and other guests  on November 14th, when we will enjoy Eisbein, the slow cooked, giant ham hock speciality along with the appropriate side dishes of Sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and pea puree. Since the lighter Pilsner style Biers are popular with this dish, two half-liters of Bitburger will be included with the dinner.

This will also give us another opportunity to discuss the plans of the new board that was elected in the elections in October. If you have any suggestions for the future of the Stein Club, please send our new President an email to r.eddie@insidetxbiz.com.
