  JOEL CONNALLY CADDIES
FOR
 PGA CHAMPION RICH BEEM

Connally 1

Joel Connally, an attorney from Alabama, had the day of his golf life this week working with Rich Beem in Atlanta at the AT&T Classic at TPC Sugarloaf. Joel got to see what it is like to go "inside the ropes" for a day, working with one of the best players in the world - a day many golf fans dream about.

Connally 2

The chance to stand this close to a former PGA Champion for every shot hit during 18 holes is simply one of the best opportunities in the world of professional sports. Even more exciting is knowing that EVERY penny spent for this experience is going to charity. As our friend and Hall of Famer, Carol Mann, put it: "That's better than MAC & CHEESE folks."

Connally 3

Being in the middle of all the attention can do strange things to people, though. Case in point is the picture above of a DIE HARD Auburn War Eagle doing the "Hook em Horns" when the camera was on him. How quickly one will sell out when he knows he is on TV.....We're sure Rich Beem put Joel up to this maneuver, but we're sure he never imagined he would be showing the world how the Longhorns rule!

Connally 4

How cool is it that Joel not only got to caddy and have an awesome day, but he also had his 78 year young father, Ben, walk each and every step with him. This is the best gift idea in all of golf without a doubt. What a memory for both father and son as they shared the trip of a golf lifetime.

Connally 5

The PGA TOUR player's caddy also goes along with every Caddy For A Cure participant. Shown here is Rich Beem's caddy and overall great guy, Bill Heim, paying for yet another lost bet to the new looper. Bill enjoyed the round as his caddy fill-in did a great job for the day.

Connally 6

How many chances will anyone ever have to spend a day like this with a PGA Champion? It is not merely carrying a bag, but actually partnering with the player and the PGA TOUR caddy for the day to prepare for the tournament.

You would never dream of warming up Josh Beckett in the bullpen at Fenway, or riding shotgun with Jeff Gordon at Daytona, but you can help one of the greatest players in the game with Caddy For A Cure.

SERGIO GARCIA COMMITS TO CADDY FOR A CURE THEN WINS PLAYERS

Can it really be true that good things happen to people who do good for others? Boo Weekley would agree for sure after his Heritage victory. If you believe this, then you certainly understand our excitement for Caddy For A Cure supporter and now Players Champion, Sergio Garcia.

Sergio will have a lucky caddy on his bag at the famed Firestone Country Club later in the summer for the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational. What a great day this will be to spend a day on the bag of "el Nino."

Sergio will be joined in his participation with Caddy For A Cure in Akron by KJ Choi, Luke Donald, Paul Casey, and Colin Montgomerie.

Other players committed to Caddy For A Cure are Retief Goosen, Padraig Harrington, Adam Scott, Boo Weekley, Tom Lehman, Jim Furyk, Anthony Kim, Paul Goydos, and many more to come.

 FOCUS ON FANCONI

Fanconi anemia knows no boundaries as it devastates families around the world. When we mail you in remote places far from the PGA TOUR, we do so knowing that over 60% of our winning bidders come from a geographic area outside of 300 miles from most tournament sites. When we hear about stories like Karly Ross', we know anyone on the planet that can read this and may want to caddy, can help.

Karly 1

Life was good for the Ross family and Karly until she was diagnosed with bone marrow failure and had Fanconi anemia. She had no choice but to undergo a traumatic bone marrow translant. While Karly was fortunate enough to have not acquired many of the physical defects that many Fanconi patients experience, her situation was lethal all the same.

Karly 2

Karly recently had her 5 year "re-birthday" on March 26th after a successful bone marrow transplant. She is experiencing life to the fullest now with the tremendous advances that have been made in this process through many doctors and the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, supported in part by Caddy For A Cure.

Karly 3

While Karly has not grown a bit in the past 6 months (she wants to get to 5 feet tall so badly), she is doing very well. Her parents realize that while she is not completely cured, she is free from the marrow failure that haunted her earlier. Her parents also realize very well that many prayers, thoughts, and well wishes from thousands around the world have helped Karly immensely. They also realize that during this time of intense pain and suffering, they never felt closer to God and His watchful hand on their lives.

When you think about Caddy For A Cure, bear in mind that 25% of all monies you give for a day you will never forget, goes to someone like Karly Ross and her family, who will never forget you.

Green 1

THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO CADDY IN AUGUSTA?

The first hole is lined with 10,000 people. Every hole is, it seems, for that matter. There is an electricity in the air that cannot be described adequately in words. History reeks with each step up and down the famed fairways. Those greens, ah, those greens. Lightning fast and so smooth it is surreal.

This could be you next spring. Caddying for Todd Hamilton at Augusta on Monday of the 2009 Masters Championship. Rub shoulders with the best golfers in the world. See how it is done by the best golfers in the world. Be a part of golf history. Take a once in a lifetime chance to see one of golf's finest spectacles, the Masters, first-hand.

Stay tuned. As a result of some incredibly shrewd and fortunate winner's charitable participation, a lot of people will benefit and lives will be changed for the better.

Jet Blue Challenge

JET BLUE CHALLENGE - BEST VALUE IN TOURNAMENT PRIZES

If you are involved in golf tournaments in any way whatsoever, you need to look at the Jet Blue Challenge as a 'must have' for your next event. It is a program that is second to none in ALL facets of tournament operations.

The Jet Blue Challenge offers a turn-key enhancement solution for all charity, club, and celebrity golf events by creating a comprehensive par 3 shoot-out program. Consisting of a combined hole-in-one and closest-to-the-pin contest on each par 3, event participants are offered multiple ways to win. The Jet Blue Challenge Program provides all of the necessary tools for a successful golf tournament. It offers a positive option to what has become commonplace in the golf industry...paying too much for Hole-In-One prize coverage when most golfers don't even hit the green.

The Jet Blue Challenge is a proud supporter of Caddy For A Cure among various other very worthy charities and deserves your highest consideration for your next event. You cannot beat this deal!

Cadillac
Who would have ever thought that a winning caddy would not only take home a nice chunk of change from his work with his player, but also drive home a new car in the form of a Cadillac? Tony Navarro recently did just that when PGA TOUR player, Adam Scott, won the Byron Nelson in a playoff. Could not have happened to a nicer guy, a better caddy, or a better friend. The great people at EDS out-did themselves on this one.

At the recent Wachovia Championship, as PGA TOUR caddies pulled up to park their cars in caddy parking - which is usually offsite, shuttle service parking - the police rerouted them directly to the clubhouse lot where they were treated to valet service parking. Thanks to experienced and generous Tournament Director, Kym Houghman, caddies had the extreme luxury of parking in the same lot as their players.

It says volumes about many things. It tells us caddies that the PGA TOUR and its players appreciate the work we do on a daily basis and recognize it's value to them. It also says that caddies, as a whole, are a different breed these days than the old stereotype of 'loopers' from decades ago. Most caddies today are highly educated, accomplished players in their own right and great guys to be around. Almost gone are the days of the caddies hiding and then just showing up to lug the bag. Today's caddy is literally a partner to the PGA TOUR player, working as a team in most all cases.

When you come out to do Caddy For A Cure, the partnership is never more obvious to the outsider than being 'in' for the first time. The job is far more than picking up divots and raking bunkers. Today's golf is a science out there with both player and caddy.

Caddy For A Cure gives 25% of all its proceeds to the PGA TOUR Caddie Benevolent Fund. This fund goes to any dire situation that may arise with a caddie or a family member who needs help in some way. How glad we are that we get to give back to these men and women who work so hard to make their players a success.

Come join the fun and Caddy For A Cure today.
