See Who Came Home to Chico
Marinello Frank Marinello:

I graduated from CSU, Chico in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration and currently work in commercial real estate.

My wife Maria and I came back to Chico in 2003 because of the lifestyle it fosters. It provides all the benefits of a small town with most of the advantages of a larger metropolitan area. A thriving downtown restaurant scene, tree-lined streets, plenty of music acts, kid-friendly events and a city park that's second to none in Bidwell Park are all local amenities that we enjoy on a regular basis.

Chico is the perfect location to satisfy my love of biking--road and mountain trail running--and hiking. I enjoy working with a passionate local business community through my involvement in CEPCO.

CEPCO to Partner With Credentify on Come Home to Chico Site Redesign
The Come Home to Chico campaign is pleased to announce a partnership with Credentify to enhance the abilities and appearance of our website.  Credentify is developing a job board to promote jobs that are difficult to fill.
Come Home
The website is designed to recruit and retain top level talent in the innovation and technology sectors in Chico.  This board will improve recruitment efforts as well as open communication channels between Chico businesses looking to raise the critical mass of talent in the innovation and technology clusters.

Come Home to Chico is posting testimonials of Chico State Graduates who have "Come Home to Chico."  These testimonials (click here) are vital to our effort of bringing graduates back to our beautiful town and to inform those interested in moving here just how much opportunity exists in Chico.

If you have a "Come Home to Chico" story of your own, or know someone with one, please contact Matt Robertson, CEPCO Project Manager, for information regarding posting on the Come Home to Chico testimonials page.
Talent Mobilization Implementation Strategy has Been Completed
