Series SD/SE Slides ... More Options, More Flexibility! | |
PHD's Series SD/SE Thruster Slides are available in five sizes, from 3/4" to 2" bore and with travels from 1/4" up to 28". They also feature two body styles. The SD version is intended for shorter travels with lighter loads while the SE version, with greater distance between bearings, is ideal for longer travels and heavier loads.
 The Series SD/SE Slides also feature three different combinations of shaft size and bearing style. Standard size shafts with linear ball bushings are intended for higher speed and precision applications. Standard size or oversized shafts with PHD's TC fluoropolymer composite bushings provide the best value with the least possible slide deflection. These slides are all powered by PHD cylinders providing long life with a wide range of controls and switch accessories.
Additional options such as travel adjustments, cushion controls, corrosion resistant plating, provisions for hydraulic shock absorbers, and more make the Series SD/SE Slides truly a designer's dream for automation.
