Series CV Cylinders.....    High Speed & Durability!

The PHD Series CV Cylinder is simply the most robust and durable ISO / VDMA compliant cylinder available. Recent enhancements in this series include an increased width of the PTFE piston wear ring for substantial gains in support. The wider wear ring also provides for greater piston seal retention.

Available in bore sizes from 20mm to 100mm, these cylinders conform to various ISO and VDMA specifications. When equipped with PHD's unique Cushion Option the CV Series are capable of velocities and load capacities that only the most robust actuators can withstand. Here, the Series CV proudly measures up!

CV Series CylindersSeries CV Cylinders also include a wide variety of options not found in most competitor's ISO / VDMA lineup. Options such as PHD's built-in meter out Flow Controls, BSPP or NPT ports, corrosion resistant plating, and magnetic pistons for use with PHD's Reed and Solid State Switches provide machine designers with tremendous application flexibility. CV Cylinders can also be provided with PHD's robust Rodlok feature securely locking the actuator in a static position.

Take a look at PHD Series CV Cylinders and see the recent enhancements that have made this traditionally robust actuator even better.
