Series ECV Cylinders, ESK / ESL Slides, & ESG Slides | |
Today's automation applications are demanding increased motion control with "cleaner and greener" technologies.
PHD's primary driver solution is our Series ECV Electrically Powered Cylinder. Available in three sizes, these robust ballscrew driven actuators can be ordered in travels up to 1000mm in 50mm increments, with screw leads from 5mm to 20mm. The cylinders feature an ISO VDMA 24562 compliant mounting pattern and can be equipped with motor interfaces ready for bolt-up in your application using PHD's "Your Motor, Your Way."
Also available are the new Series ESK and Series ESL Electrically Powered Cantilever Slides. Using the Series ECV Cylinder shown above as the primary driver, these versatile slide products are available in three sizes with travels up to 700mm and incorporate the same screw leads of 5mm to 20mm. Offered in long or short body variations for loading flexibility, the slides are equipped with robust linear ball bushings supporting precision ground hardened guide shafts. Options include such features as corrosion resistant shafts and transitional fit or precision fit dowel pin holes.
Rounding out our offering are PHD's Series ESG Electrically Powered Saddle Slides. Also driven by Series ECV Cylinders, these saddle-style slides feature extremely rugged construction in three sizes with travels up to 900mm. Their long travel and high loading capacity make these products a designer's choice for some of the most demanding automation applications.

- Enter your application data in PHD's Online Sizing software to determine appropriate actuator for your needs
- Use the motor parameters generated to select the motor model number you wish to use from your supplier
- Use PHD's Online configurator to select from a drop-down list of hundreds of commercially available motors
The output is a complete model number for PHD's electrically driven actuator including ALL of the brackets and fasteners required to bolt your motor on and go! We even supply the CAD models for your engineering system.
