| Series RI Rotary Actuators.... Rugged and Versatile |
|
PHD's Series RI Rotary Actuators with their unique hub options remain one of the most versatile rotary devices available anywhere. With zero backlash at each end of rotation, they provide a minimum of five million cycles of highly repeatable, trouble free operation.
These rugged rotary actuators are available in three sizes, 25, 32, and 50mm bores, and can be ordered as single rack or double rack devices. Either way, delivery is just two working days! The Series RI's output hub can be ordered as a manifold design with 4 to 8 integral flow passages, depending on size, and a central thru hole for electrical service or other uses. It can also be ordered with a larger hollow center shaft instead of the integral manifold lines.
The Series RI is available with optional shock absorbers or shock pads for quiet operation and higher energy dissipation at ends of rotation. Units can also be configured as a three position device with three distinct output hub positions on demand. Like many PHD actuators, the Series RI Rotary Actuators can be specified as imperial or metric units. Versatility is exactly what the Series RI provides for some of your most demanding rotary automation applications.

PHD's Design Tools continue to carry the lead in the automation industry. Our latest on-line version of our Sizing Software now contains our most recently released Series GRA Grippers. This valuable tool helps you save time and eliminate risk with most all of your automation applications.
If your responsibility includes selecting the right size and capability of a Gripper, Slide, Rotary Actuator, or even an Escapement, then you should be using PHD's On-line Sizing Software.  This powerful software, available in English, German, and Spanish, features such capability as filters to help zero in on just the actuator series you want, and a Standard Mode that allows you to compare up to three actuator results using the same set of application inputs. Another Compare Mode can give you results side-by-side of the same application with two different sets of input values.
Once complete, you can even click on a link from your Sizing Software selection directly to PHD's CAD Configurator for a downloadable CAD file and a request for Quote. Talk about saving time and Eliminating risk!
