Need Longer Fingers for Unusual Objects?
PHD's Series GRW Grippers with their wide body design and lateral jaws provide a great degree of versatility for just about any gripping application. Available in five standard bore sizes, these grippers offer longer jaw travels than most competitive models. With their high jaw moment capacity, they allow longer tooling than any gripper in their class.
Simplify tooling design with the Series GRW true parallel jaw motion. Multiple mounting holes eases installation. Optional Manifold Porting available on two mounting surfaces provides many possibilities for plumbing. Double acting cylinder power facilitates both internal and external gripping applications. Internally lubricated bearings provide extremely long service life.
Jaws are available either synchronized or non-synchronized to allow either forced centering or compliance to existing fixture centers. Available with optional proximity switches to indicate open, closed or part present.
