Moving Small Parts with Accuracy!
PHD's Series SIP Slides incorporate rail bearing technology for high accuracy and precision. Available in three bore sizes (12, 16, and 20mm) and three travel lengths for each size, these cost competitive actuators can handle a wide range of small loads with considerable force.
Weighing in at less than 1/3 of a pound for the smallest to just under 1 and 1/2 pounds for the largest, these slides feature internal shock pads as standard to absorb substantial amounts of energy at the ends of travel.
The ability to mount your tooling on top or on the end of the tool plate contributes greatly to application flexibility.
Series SIP Slides also provide a full 5mm of travel adjustment at each end of travel. Integrated switch slots complete the picture of one of our most precise small package, high capacity slide series.

| CAD Enhancement Improves Documentation!
PHD has recently improved our Online CAD with the addition of a Personal Product Spec Sheet to each and every CAD File download. This new feature creates a .PDF document which prominently shows, product ordering data, distributor contact and delivery information as well as an interactive 3D image of the specified actuator.
Users can click on the image to rotate, pan, or zoom on a particular feature.
This documentation can greatly assist communication between designers and those making the final decisions toward material acquisition. It also serves as a fantastic piece of electronic documentation for maintenance purposes. Being a .PDF file by nature gives it extreme portability.
Give it a try today by downloading a PHD Online CAD file and check out the new Personal Product Spec Sheet that accompanies it! |
