Automated Deburring Process
In this Deburring line, a Series SE Powered Slide, a Series RA Rotary Actuator, and a Series GRC Parallel Gripper provide the material handling required to automate the process. 
After the first deburring (not shown), these PHD components grasp the aluminum tubes from the conveyor line, lift and rotate the part 180° and place the part onto the conveyor line. - Our products evolve over time as we make incremental design changes to improve performance. Whenever revisions result in a dimensional change, we update the CAD model and publish it right away.
- New options become available, whether it's an additional size in the product family or the latest-technology switches. When this happens, we add features to the geometry of the CAD models to include these options.
- PHD offers over 400 million CAD model combinations and the occasional error does occur. We monitor our error logs daily and pro-actively fix problems as they are identified. We don't wait for a customer complaint.
- We actively listen to our customers and integrate their requests when possible.
- We make CAD models available the moment a new product is released, so our customers can take advantage of our latest products in their design immediately.
