WOW!  When it gets right down to it, it's all about teamwork.  Some of you know, one of my favorites quotes is: T.E.A.M. = Together, Everyone Achieves More. 


Having said that, there is a "however" to add - and that is, when all those "everyone's" do their part,  that is when the "achieves more" kicks in.   It's like when you have an injury to a finger or to a toe - we never realize just how much a vital role that individual finger or toe plays in our everyday lives until we do not have the full use of it.  The impact is felt tremendously.  It is exactly the same in our quest to achieve your weight loss goal. 


We all play a vital, individual role to make that happen.  It is our pleasurable obligation to educate you, keep you on track, make course corrections when necessary, apply "tough love" when needed, and always be your cheerleader. 


It is your job to always be honest with us, embrace the education that we give you  (apply that information when needed), attend the educational courses that we offer for your long term success, and DON'T CHEAT!  That is, without a doubt, a winning combination, and will definitely define your success.

Weekly Recipe

Recipe of the Week   
 
   "VEGETABLE SOUFFLE"        
 
  (Let us know what you think)
               

Ingredients:

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 2 Cups of your favorite vegetables shredded
  • 1 Packet of Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasoning to Taste


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Place oatmeal in blender & process until finely ground. 
  • Place shredded vegetables in medium - large bowl. 
  • Prepare soufflé' dish by lightly spraying with olive oil, then dust with ground oatmeal, shaking excess oatmeal into veggies. 
  • Combine rest of oatmeal, seasonings & veggies, & stir until completely coated (may take awhile if working with high moisture veggies like zucchini). 
  • Beat egg whites until stiff. 
  • Fold half of beaten egg whites into veggies, mix thoroughly to get eggs to blend with mixture, then gently fold in the remaining egg whites.
  • Pour into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes or until firm.
