Remember that little book that has been around forever......I believe it is called, "The Little Engine That Could."

Perhaps that is not exactly right, but you know the one I mean, don't you?  As adults, on this weight loss journey, it might behoove us to get our hands on that little book and read it a few times.  If only we were all aware of the magnitude of "positive thinking" and the "will" to achieve.  Oh.....I could quote so many good positive thinking quotes, my daughters got tired of hearing them as they were growing up.  "You Can, If You Think You Can."  "You Would Never Be Given A Dream, Without Being Given The Ability To Achieve It."  "The Only Reason We Fail, Is Lack Of Focus."  "Failure Is Only Permanent When We Fail To Get Back Up & Try One More Time."  "You Can't Go Forward If You're Looking Backwards."  "If You Sit On The Tracks Long Enough, You're Bound To Get Run Over."  I think you get the idea, right?  So, I'll close with just one more, by Zig Ziglar:  "People often say that motivation doesn't last.  Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily."  Enough said.

Chocolate Mocha Pudding

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 Packet if Ideal Protein Chocolate Pudding
  • 5 oz of Chilled Coffee

Directions:
  • Blend normally & enjoy! 
  • Tip:  Make a little extra coffee every morning & refrigerate it for this snack later on.
