$40 minimum

KITCHEN: $30 Includes Wiping of countertops, items on counter, cabinets, inside of microwave, hood, stovetop, sink, appliances, baseboards, empty trash and vacuum and mop floors. Does not include putting dishes away or washing dishes, cleaning the refrigerator or eat in area/breakfast nook.

 

PANTRY-  $25 single door $35 walk in Includes organize and straighten shelves, wipe down and discard items that are expired

 

BATHROOMS:   Includes mirrors, dusting decor, cleaning of shower, vanity, tub, toilet, baseboards, removal of trash, vacuuming and mopping floors.

$25 Master sized or bathrooms with separate shower and tub

$16 midsize bathrooms with either shower or tub

$12 half baths with no tub or shower

 

PORCH/PATIO: $25 Includes wiping down furniture, shake off mat and furniture cushions, glass sliding doors, sweep and mop or if it is not enclosed we will spray it off with your hose.

 

CLOSETS:  includes straightening and/or folding of clothing, re-hanging with your hangers, organize shoes and accessories, vacuuming (mop if tile)

$15 Single door closet

 

CHANGE LINENS:  $7 per bed Includes removal of dirty linens, replace clean linens and straight and organize of pillows and duvet.

 

LAUNDRY SERVICE:  Pick the plan that best fits your individual needs. Every plan includes wash, dry & fold plus FREE Pickup & Delivery within 48 hours.

*Each plan includes a 28" x 36" Laundry Bag, holds up to 5 Regular loads.

This plan is for customers who would like a weekly pickup.

$60.00 Plan - As Needed:
This plan is for customers who only need laundry on an as-need basis.

    King Ranch Chicken Casserole

    4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
    10 corn tortillas
    1 onion, chopped
    1 diced bell pepper,
    2 cups of grated colby jack cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup of chicken broth
    1 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. of chile powder

    Method:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine soups, broth, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chile powder; blend until smooth.
    3. Place a layer of chicken in a greased casserole dish.
    4. Add layers of tortillas, onion, bell peppers, cheese and sauce.
    5. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
    6. Bake uncovered for half an hour or until brown and bubbling.     
     

     
     MONKEY BREAD
     
     
    4 cans Pillsbury biscuit mix (7.5 oz. cans)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter (butter), melted

    Cut each biscuit into 4 to 6 pieces. Roll in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2/3 cup of sugar mixed. Put in buttered bundt pan. Pour on top: 1 1/2 sticks of butter (butter), melted, 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. (You can pour some in between also; not just on top.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minuteS
