Play by Play Hunt Report

wsi_header

Brrrrr. Don't know about you, but we'll be ready for some warmer weather, as this cold winter has been showing a bite here lately. This Play by Play offers a review of some miscellaneous, fall wrap up photos. We are now switching gears, and as we move forward, you will get a good dose of nilgai antelope and aoudad sheep photos, as well as a few other exotic game species.

So enjoy the pics, and send us some warmer weather whenever you can. And, remember, now is the time to be scheduling your fall trip. We also have an assortment of turkey hunts still available

Cheers,

Your friends at WSI.

Wrapping up the season at the La Rucia ranch in south Texas. First time WSI clients Bill Geary and Craig Anderson teamed up to take a couple of high-quality trophies while Tony Capobianca, a long-time WSI client found one heck of a great "classic"  buck.

The latest videos added to our list include whitetail hunts that occurred on the Scrub Oak and the 5 Gray ranches this past November. Looking ahead, we have a few mule deer videos to post and we have our cameraman "Ben" in the field collecting footage on aoudad, nilgai, and zebra hunts.  To view the video, follow the link above, enter your email address at "to view more great hunting videos" and this will take you to our "full featured" video page.  We will be placing all of our new videos on this page.

O Cross and A.S. Gage Ranch

The best phone calls we receive are when wives are looking to book a hunt for their husbands. Fortunately Toneia Sheets made that phone call and we were able to place her husband, Jim on the OCross Ranch.  Jim made the best of gift and was able to harvest a great deer.
To throw a little variety in the mix, Dan and Jeanne Castellini booked two west Texas elk hunts on the A.S. Gage Ranch . Needless to say, they both found what they came looking for. Not bad for free-ranging elk in Texas.

South Texas whitetail hunts are all but done for the season. Wrapping up at La Joya, Jim was able to take a very nice trophy and both John and Kieth harvested great "classic" bucks. Now is the time to let us know if you want to secure your 2011 south Texas spot.
