Spring Reading Selections
Reading is a key part of spiritual formation. The pastors at HOPE recommend a few books each quarter to help people grow. These two Spring selections are available at the Welcome Desk:
She's Got Issues written by our own Nicole Unice, is an exploration of the ordinary issues that often keep women from the full and free life they were meant to live. Nicole encourages readers to experience the power of Christ - a power that can transform your everyday weaknesses into your greatest strengths and gifts ($10). Also available for your Kindle.
The Forgotten God
written by bestselling author Francis Chan, is a passionate plea for the church to live by the power of the forgotten God: the Holy Spirit. Calling Christians to more than just a better life, Chan invites readers to live a life characterized by total dependence on the Holy Spirit ($10). Also available for your Kindle for $2.24 at Amazon.com.
