Happy New Year! Do you always feel like you have to get organized and make some resolutions for the New Year? Well a customer shared her resolution with us. She is going to organize her sewing room...sound familiar. But rather than spend the time organizing and straightening up, she is going to organize by finishing her UFO's. Now that sounds like a plan...just go to the pile on the right, look for a project and spend the time sewing. Viola, that takes care of that pile. It is a New Year and we know that many of you have plans to finish one UFO, all the UFO's or even to pare down your sewing room. Do you have projects that are old that you aren't in love with anymore? Well, it may be time to gift it to a friend. One year Melissa was given a UFO Block of the Month from a friend. She in turn mailed a block a month to a friend. It was a fun surprise for her friend each month, and she has the finished quilt proudly on display in her home. Isn't it fun to bring a smile to anothers face? Grab a UFO, box it up, put a bow on it and give it away. You will make a little room in your stash and make someones day!
