As your parents grow older, it becomes even more vital for them to have their estate plans in order. Although it may be uncomfortable to initiate the topic, it's a good idea to sit down and talk with them about their end-of-life wishes, and to help them organize and record those wishes.

Sixth Annual Round-Up

October 2-3 marked Midland's Sixth Annual Round-Up for current families. We enjoyed good food, great community and had a lot of fun dancing.  See highlights and photos.
A Dog's Life at Midland

While everyone is sitting in class, working on a research paper, or taking a test, the Midland dogs are out playing all day, getting attention from a number of students, chasing squirrels, barking at the bell, or simply taking a nap. In Don Redl's Statistics class, our students tracked five different dogs to uncover their secret lives.

In Memoriam

We are saddened to report...

Helen Wilkinson Brown
passed away on
September 25, 2010, in Friday Harbor, WA at age 95. Her son David, of San Juan Island, visited her daily during her four years at Islands Convalescent Center.In 1957 Helen's husband Kenneth took a teaching post at Midland School, where Helen worked in the school library until their retirement in 1974. Read her obituary.
