picked up.

Travel Plans:
A reminder to email your child's travel plans
to jbrady@midland-school.org.
Some Notes Regarding Travel Plans:
Please book all departures from Santa
Barbara no earlier than 8:00AM on Saturday,
December 13th.
Students must return to campus in time for
the 6:00PM Assembly on January 4th.
Friday night December 12th is the Christmas
banquet. For parents wanting to pick up
students Friday evening, departure will be
after the banquet, 8:00PM rather than after
Assembly.
Jill does need to know if you are picking
your child up by car. All students travel
needs to be accounted for.
Sunday, January 4, return to campus. Please
let Jill know return plans too. Please
arrange flights that return to Santa Barbara
no later than 4:00PM. Students need to be at
the 6:00PM assembly to hear announcements for
classes the following morning. Arrival
between 2:00 and 3:00PM is most desirable.
This allows a return to campus by 4:00PM -
time to see friends, unpack and prepare for
classes the next day.
If students are departing on a flight from
LAX, your booking on the Santa Barbara Airbus
LAX shuttle should depart no earlier than
8:00AM. The trip to LAX is 2 1/2 hours and
LAX flights request an check-in 2 hours in
advance of the departure time, 3 hours
advance for international flights.
