In this talk Wenndi will introduce key components to accomplishing a still and quiet state during your meditation practice.  Find your way inside with less effort and learn to enjoy the many benefits of meditation.

Understanding Yourself & Others Weekend Seminar  UYO FEB GROUP

Redirecting Children's Behavior February Classes

This parenting class puts parenting and relationship communication into simple, helpful techniques that can be used immediately.  Classes are forming now:
  • Mon, Feb 11-Mar 10, 4:00-6:00pm, RCB for KIDS ages 6-10, Indigo Village. Instructor: Shannon Parsons.
  • Weds, Feb 13-Mar 12, 9:30am -noon, Pacific Rim Parents at Indigo Village, Encinitas. Instructor: Denise Peralta.
  • Sat, Mar 8, 15, 22, 9:00am-1:30pm, at Indigo Village.  Instructor: Denise Peralta.

RCB Parenting Support Just For Men

Wednesday, February 13, from 7:00-9:00pm at  Indigo Village, the RCB topic will be "If You Don't Stop Crying..."  Figure out ways to productively handle children's feelings.  Understand what "feeling stoppers" and "feeling encouragers" are and how to honor children's feelings in each developmental stage.
 
Every month, Bob Gralewski, RCB Instructor and Father of three boys, invites men to come and get information, talk, or listen to help them create the kind of relationships they want.

As expecting parents, new parents, caregivers or playgroups, you want to be prepared for the unexpected.  
 
Crib Notes teaches small groups and private classes that focus on the first years of life and what you really want to know about infant care and safety.
