The Woodstock we.CAN.tri is a sprint-length triathlon (400yd pool swim; 12.4mi bike; 3.5mi run) held in Woodstock, IL. This is the 3rd year of the race, which includes teams and a kid's race for those ages 6-14.
The race will take place at Woodstock Water Works, located in Emricson Park, just off of the Kishwaukee Valley Rd.

Saturday, July 28, 9am - we.CAN.tri Free Transition Clinic and Bike Course Ride. Meet at Woodstock Water Works, Woodstock, IL. Saturday, July 28, 11am - we.CAN.tri Swim Clinic. Free. Woodstock Water Works, Woodstock, IL.  Sunday, July 29, 7am - Drop-in Tri Workout for Danskin Triathlon. Swim + Run Brick; meet at Lake Andrea beach. $10 RecPlex member / $15 non-member -- pay at beach before class. Optional bike ride of the Danskin bike course after class, at approximately 9:15. Open to class members and drop-in participants only. Map and cue sheet will be provided.

Tuesday, July 31, 6pm - Drop-in for the Conquer the Open Water Workout Class. Practice triathlon open water swim skills, followed by a swim workout. $10 RecPlex member, $15 non-members. Pay at the Beach.
Wednesday, August 1, 6:30pm - we.CAN.tri Free Transition Clinic and Bike Course Ride. Meet at the Woodstock Water Works, Woodstock, IL.
Thursday, August 2, 6pm - Lake Andrea Cross Lake Swim. 1/2 mile and 1 mile options. $10 advanced registration; $15 drop-in registration at the beach. Please arrive by 5:50 for sign-in and briefing.
Saturday, August 4, 7am - Lake Andrea Cross Lake Swim. 1/2 mile and 1 mile options. $10 advanced registration; $15 drop-in registration at the beach. Sunday, August 5, 7am - Woodstock we.CAN.tri Triathlon, Woodstock, IL.

The clinic will meet on the deck of the lap pool within Woodstock Water Works. The front gate will be open, so enter through that, not through the poolhouse.

| TRI Prep Workshop for the Danskin Triathlon | |
Sunday, August 12
10am - 5pm
A half day training session for the Danskin Triathlon, which will include swims in Lake Andrea, guided ride of the bike course, and run on the run course.
The workshop will also include race venue and transition overview, and a race simulation.
