I hope registration season is going well for you and warm weather is showing up sooner than it is here in Michigan.
This update is a prerelease with some features that many have been asking for. Some of them is pretty big, so we are going to send it out as a prerelease for now.

- All New improved F4 Schedule Grid, check it out, it's much more accurate and flexible. If it doesn't work for you, go to windows update and make sure the .NET 2.0 framework is installed.
- Added notes features allows you to assign reminders to other users or departments.
- Added ability to hide gift category choices.
- Many changes related to online group event registrations.

| We're taking it to the net.
We have created two new online services for CampTrak users. They are both in beta and are currently provided at no charge.
Online Gifting: Your web visitors will be able to enter a gift online and it will actually charge their credit card online (if you use CashLinq/MinistryLinq) and it will transfer the gift details into CampTrak using our new automated tool.
Online Group Event Registration: If you put on group events like family camp or church retreats, families and church groups can register for those events online. (NOTE: This is not for group rentals - yet.)

New Partners
We have created some new features for processing credit cards right through CampTrak in real time. The old way of using PC Charge will still work, but the new method gives you some choices. The setup requires that you have a merchant account with MinistryLinq/CashLinq or X-Charge.
