a long incomplete list
We have kept track of our changes throughout the year, mostly. This is the list, but there is more than this included. If you find something on this list that isn't actually in the update let us know. We still have a list of everyone's requests and wishes, so if you don't see what you asked for, it is probably coming later. - when shifting MORs to another record, auto eliminate duplicate mors on same record
- When doing a name search: The system will pull from active as well as inactive records. Now, the search results screen give some indication of which records were active vs. inactive.
- When adding an MOR to a person's record - you must search on the MOR Name. Often when we are entering new records we know the MOR ID, now you can just use that rather than typing a name and choosing from the search results
- Contact Fax Number added to the Custom Exports (under Rental Reports Custom Contract) in Group Rentals/Events
- Individual Events>Reports>Registration by MOR. In the layout of the report the city, State field is not big enough for many of the city, states. Resized.
- When you are in a group rental and you want to add a cabin, a housing area, or a center the dialog box that comes up and in the yellow box in the left hand corner the words are white and it is very hard to impossible to read them. Same thing when you go to batch add gifts (under gift module). Colors adjusted.
- Requested date created field on reg holds.
- "Amt Remaining on Pledge" data is showing incorrectly when printing the receipt. Fixed.
- In an IR, under Registration Tab>Waiting list Tab>click on the Waiting List Entry Button. A dialog box comes up that says Pick Block. Resized for readability.
- add total money paid, total credits non money to CRM data source "Registration Information complex"
- print date range header on staff support report
- When exiting a cancelled event, an error message comes up saying
"please enter at least one guest type for this event." And since it is cancelled, you are stuck and can't get out. This is removed.
- Fixed sorting on Group rental/event planning calendar
- the store monies from blocks show up as a balance on the weekly report of the check in list by name. it should show a total excluding spending money. Fixed
- weren't able to apply room rates to rooms added to a group rental contract. We can apply rates if we add them by adding an entire area to the contract, but when we just try to add a single room there is no space to enter the charge for the room. I tried checking the box that allows for registration housing charges, but it didn't make a difference. FIXED: The cabin charge is only hidden for internal events.

- Added sort to the list by Event Name or Start Date, in Rentals and Events.
- Event confirmation shows, like it does on the contract, what activity or activity package they have picked.

- added pledge indicator on batch gift entry screen to show who has a pledge
- allowed to change transaction sort order in customer confirmation letter for individual events
- custom confirmation letter now has two columns for debit/credits.
- Detail Report on Web Campers text boxes will grow with long text so it doesn't truncate.
