F1: Electronic Help
Yes, there is a manual. Push F1 where ever you are in CampTrak and an explanation of where you are will appear. You can also browse through the manual. (Note: When reading the manual, if you see a place where more or better detail would be helpful or if additional topics could be discussed more thoroughly, please email us.) |
| F3: Group Event Housing
This is a quick way to see what housing is available for a particular group event. You can pick the empty housing or all the housing. You can pick a particular cabin or a particular Housing Area to view.

| F4: Schedule Grid
This will bring up a schedule of the buildings or activity locations at your camp. You can view it by Cabin, by Housing Area, or by Activity Location. |
| F9: Reminders
This brings up any current or past undismissed notes you have entered. (More information about reminder notes in an upcoming tip.) |
| F10: Statistics
This gives you a quick summary of the blocks you have set up and the registrations for those blocks including some dollar figures. |
| F11: Current Day
This is used for on-line registration. You can set this day so that people know where you are with registrations when they register on-line. |
| F12: Grid Filter
This is a valuable tool for quick access to those phone calls like, "Do you have room for a third grade girl or a 12 year-old boy and when could they come." |
