  Greetings!

Hello again, here is the list of included changes in the update. We actually made a few more this week, so the official update date is 12/21/06.

If you havn't already... we need to get you to register with our new download system so we can control a little better who is getting the updates. So for now, please go to the website and register yourself. We will check the billing status of your organization and approve you by giving you access to the latest update. Your username/password from years past will not work, you will need to reregister. If you registered last week, you should be fine.

Watch for another email soon with extensive history conversion information.

 
 
Update Details

General

  1. the label export feature will export to Excel: "Last Name Household" when same addresses/last names are supressed.
  2. New data source - Contact Info (Suppressed by Email) - one record per email address
  3. added Event Coordinator flag to CRM data source
  4. batch emails sent with normal priority instead of high
  5. MOR advanced find improved
  6. MOR member type is now and option in the MOR filter on the functions menu on the IR screen

Registration
  1. added a "date created" field in Registration Holds. This will allow you to track registration progress relative to previous years.
  2. added Reg Conf Email to Registration information data sources
  3. Added EFT export date to transaction information data source
  4. added program to transaction information data source
  5. when shifting a camper from one block to another, the previous cabin assignment is cleared automatically
  6. Modify "Registrations by MOR" report to summarize balance due; Adjust format to make headers more relevant.
  7. Ability to filter transaction statement when there is one event registration and other miscellaneous (third party, etc) transactions
  8. Added cc val code to payment for individual registration, add credit screens
  9. Added sub- and grand-totals to Master Roster report

Donor
  1. added date range on staff support report

  6. when "no more gifts" selected, when adding gifts, that pledge is no longer avialable

Groups
  1. ?add entire area? button in group rentals, it adds each of the cabins and the associated charges.
  2. when copying group events to new date, the date of the activities change to the new dates correctly.

  6. when deleting a rental, no need to remove activites, housing and meals first
