CampTrak Update

Here is a list of the issues fix/addressed in this update:

  1. adjusted block current enrollment count
  2. on functions, labels, export to excel, will grab email from IR records for records linked to MORs
  3. on group housing, when multiple events listed under a cabin (when using a wide date range), the events are now sorted in start date order.
  4. New report, group event/rental meal counts. This report is listed by date, each meal type and how many participants, regardless of event/rental are planning to eat.
  5. under reports, transaction reports, transaction details, grouping by camper name, fixed.
  6. Billing info tab information integrity enforcement
  7. on the donor tab, if notes are entered or the gift is for a pledge, the check number field will shows "N" for notes, or "P" for pledge.
  8. copy group rentals function, fixed
  9. on group rental, host instructions report. the area for the default host instructions will print more data
  10. When CampTrak starts, it checks for orphan Group Rentals/Events and deletes if found.

The MOR crashing issue in Access 2000/2002 is still ellusive, and frankly, the reason this update has been delayed. We have spent many hours testing and rewriting the code and we still don't have a solution. In general, I am suggesting that people upgrade to Access 2003 because this may be a symptom of a bigger Microsoft problem, and it increases speed. I hope to have a solution for you soon. By the way, not every user of Access 2000/2003 experiences the problem... it's a mystery.

We have separated the update into two versions, one for Office 2003 users, and one for Office 2000/2002/XP users. Remember, we are talking about the version of MS Office you are using, not Windows operating system version. If you don't know your version, start Word, click Help- About
