  Greetings!

Ok, here is the latest update...

CampTrak Update

Here is a list of the issues fix/addressed in this update:

  1. Batch individual registration now includes former campers
  2. Event/Rental doubling issue
  3. Individual Events History Conversion, activity delete issue
  4. Custom Web Fields on individual event bulk confirmation letters
  5. Shift Block now warns of overbooking
  6. Copy Rental button fix
  7. group event/rental history conversion transactions issue fixed
  8. when adding new event, select expected attendees issue fixed.
  9. attendee and meal type totals added to group planning calendar report
  10. fix, when attendee counts are changed in group rentals, and the activity counts change, the charges update correctly now
  11. fix block holds, drop after expiration date in available count
  12. F10 stats screen, calc by site fixed
  13. registration by MOR report, added sub totals and wider balance column
  14. site added to block information data source
  15. group rental custom contract, contract cost column header now bolds
  16. camper balance improvement when A/R charges/credits present

The MOR crashing issue in Access 2000/2002 is still ellusive, and frankly, the reason this update has been delayed. We have spent many hours testing and rewriting the code and we still don't have a solution. In general, I am suggesting that people upgrade to Access 2003 because this may be a symptom of a bigger Microsoft problem, and it increases speed. I hope to have a solution for you soon. By the way, not every user of Access 2000/2003 experiences the problem... it's a mystery.

We have separated the update into two versions, one for Office 2003 users, and one for Office 2000/2002/XP users. Remember, we are talking about the version of MS Office you are using, not Windows operating system version. If you don't know your version, start Word, click Help- About
