For most of us this means "back to the grind." Our schedules get a little more predictable. Kids are back in school. Sports teams set up practice schedules and families get back into a rhythm as the summer winds down.
Having said that...this is the season for increasing your discipline. This fall will roll into winter with or without us. So consciously decide how you spend your time this fall.
What are you listening to in your car when you are driving or waiting in line to pick up your kid from school? What types of conversations are you having with other parents on the soccer field sidelines? When you are running errands are you looking for ways to be of service to others? Be on purpose as you move thru your daily routine.
