St Anthony's Selects Brownfield Partners for Redevelopment
The long-anticipated decision on the St Anthony's Hospital site appears to be close, with the selection  EFG Brownfield Partners to negotiate for the redevelopment of the West Colfax hospital site.   Brownfield's early plans include the demolition of most existing buildings and re-establishing the street grid.   The BID supports a high density of development on the site as vital to expanding retail options on West Colfax.   We also continue to press for the redevelopment to include health care services, as recommended by the St Anthony's Redevelopment Task Force and promised by the hospital.  We will pay close attention to the plans as they develop.

Come learn more at the BID's February 13th board meeting, when Brownfield will present their planning process and solicit input from the BID on preferences for redevelopment of the site.
