Mi Casa Resource Center logo Featured Supporter: Colorado State Bank and Trust

 CSBT logo

Colorado State Bank and Trust (CSBT) has provided financial services to Colorado communities since 1908. The bank was founded on the premise that a growing city would benefit from knowledgeable, personalized banking services, and that vision continues today.

As CSBT grows in Colorado, a priority is to provide financial literacy education to the community. With that in mind, CSBT sought out an organization focused on providing financial literacy training and assistance to low- and moderate-income residents of Denver. CSBT decided to partner with Mi Casa based on the commitment exhibited by Mi Casa students and staff. It was evident that Mi Casa was determined to help students achieve their goals of financial independence and self-sufficiency.

A team of CSBT bankers began teaching financial literacy at Mi Casa in 2009, and the partnership continues today. CSBT is proud to support Mi Casa's Career Development programs, which provide financial literacy instruction as well as technical and non-technical skills training to help disadvantaged workers launch promising careers.
