WANT TO WORK WITH A WBE? 
WE'RE THE ONE. LITERALLY.
Fraser Engineering recently learned that we've been certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) for industrial and commercial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general contracting services and support. This WBE certification gives us entry to major corporations that are actively seeking to conduct business with women-owned organizations. We're delighted to achieve this certification and look forward to meeting new companies through this program and providing them with the superb one-stop service and support we're known for.
This WBE certification follows our certification earlier this year by the Massachusetts State Office of Minority and Women's Business Assistance (SOMWBA) as a women-owned general contractor specializing in project management.
We are proud of this achievement as a women-owned industrial contracting firm and look forward to continually expanding our footprint in associated industries.

Today, December 10, 2010 the Boston Business Journal and Commonwealth Institute announced the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts in 2009. We are excited to report that Fraser Engineering was ranked at number 33!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US.
Fraser Engineering celebrated its 60th year in business in July.
Our grandfather, Lester Fraser Sr, started the business upon returning from World War II where he was a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy. At the time he focused on providing heating and HVAC/R services to the Archdiocese of Boston, City of Newton and other entities. His foresight in purchasing our existing building and acreage at 65 Court Street in Newton, MA, has allowed us to grow debt-free and make a number of improvement and additions since that time. My sister, Shawna, and I are proud to be the third generation of the Fraser family leading Fraser Engineering. We pledge to continually improve upon the high quality workmanship and safety practices as the cornerstone of our business.

Fraser Engineering recently unveiled a new website. Over the years, our services have expanded from retrofitting steam pipes for World War II era government installations to creating environmentally-controlled labs for biotech and pharmaceutical researchers. Today, thanks to your support, we are known as a single-source contracting solution provider for Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Process Piping, HVAC, and 24 hour Emergency service. We can even provide General Contracting services for a full service package. Over time, we will be adding helpful tips and information about a variety of topics and invite you to visit us often.
