Welcome Back!
The 2012-2013 school year has begun! OLP has a few changes, incase you haven't heard. Miss Mary Beth Ek is now Principal ("The Big Cheese"), Mrs. Darlene Pundt is our new secretary, Mr. Michael Kupniewski is our new eighth grade teacher, and Mrs. AnnaMarie Alexander is our new first grade teacher. We also have 25 new students in grades 1-8.
A very BIG Welcome goes out to all of the new members of the OLP family!

Welcome back to school I'm thrilled to be the BoxTops for Education® Coordinator for Our Lady of Peace School.BoxTops is such an easy way for parents to get involved in their child's education.Just by purchasing BoxTops products, clipping the coupons and sending them into school, we earn cash.You can find BoxTops on thousands of your favorite products from Big G® cereals to Avery® office supplies to Hanes® T-shirts to Boise® printer paper. Last year we earned $2,136.42 this year our goal is $3,000.
To learn more and track our schools progress, register at www.BoxTops4Education.com. When you visit, opt to receive the newsletter. That way Box Tops can send you email full of helpful information and coupons to save on BoxTops products.
Simply send in your BoxTops in a baggie along with your child's homeroom on it before the 15th of every month. This year each month we will be awarding the homeroom with the highest amount of BoxTops collected for each grade with a dress down day.

Greater Erie Coupon Book Sale
Hello families... I am happy to share that we are kicking off with our 3rd annual fundraiser of the Greater Erie Coupon Book sale.
The sale begins September 4, 2012 and ends September 25, 2012. Your child will bring the book and instructions home for you to advertise and sell to your friends/family members. This has been an extremely profitable sale for us, giving us a 50% profit. The books cost $20.00. Last year the school profited approx. $6,000.00. (allowing for us to give to the Technology fund) Excitedly, we are also offering incentives for the
children/classrooms for the highest sellers In addition, Splash Lagoon and Peek-n-Peek are a few new vendors in the book.
