Challenge 24 Competition Results
Congratulations to the nine OLP students who participated in the Challenge 24 Competition on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Seton Elementary School.
Eighth grader Steven Owens took a gold at the Platinum level. Seventh graders Emily Zukowski took gold and Rachel Hoag took silver. Sixth grader Jacob Fleming earned a gold and fifth graders Alex Kolodychak and Jack Hilbrich both earned silver medals.
Participation recognition goes to fourth graders Olivia Sanders and Jennifer Conover, sixth grader Joseph Mischler, and eighth grader Jeremy Hill. Well done to all of the students who represented OLP! |

OLP Used Uniform Sale
HAVE YOUR KIDS OUTGROWN THEIR OLP UNIFORMS?
Do you want to clean out the clutter in closets and drawers? We have the answer! Bring your clean, gently used but still wearable uniforms and spirit wear to the gym before or after school on Tuesday June 5th or Wednesday June 6th. There will also be two drop off dates in August, Monday August 6th from 12 - 1, and Tuesday August 7th from 5 to 6 in the gym lobby. Mark your calendars for Wednesday Aug 8th for the annual uniform sale from 6:30 - 8. NOTE: The used uniform sale will be held in the GYM this year rather than in the cafeteria. New family orientation will be held in the cafeteria this same evening. All items are available for $1.00. There will be a Fun-Runner 400 meter run. Up to four races
(depending on the number of little kids).
. 1st/2nd grade girls, 1st/2nd grade boys, 3rd/4th grade girls,
3rd/4th grade boys
. No official times or places will be kept; no awards will be given.
Just run hard and have fun.
. No pre-registration required-all 1st-4th graders in attendance can
take part!
. We will run the fun run "race" at some point during the track meet
Golf Team
OLP Golf Team practices for grades 5 thru 8 will take place every Wednesday after school at JC Martin Golf Course.

2012 All-School Summer Musical Productions
The Saint Boniface Players is putting on two productions this summer, Godspell and Carousel. Auditions are open to all students entering 6th grade through college. For more information click here.

7th & 8th Grade Youth Group
The 7th and 8th grade trip to Cedar Point is now being planned. The forms for this trip were sent home with your children on May 1, 2012. The due date to have those returned along with payment was today, May 8, 2012. The kids are in need of finishing their service hours and spiritual events in order to attend this event. Please see Mrs. Ehrman to find out if you are still in need of meeting these requirements. |

Beauty and the Beast
Presented by VMA and Cathedral Prep
This past weekend, 28 of our OLP Alumni were involved with the theater production of Beauty and the Beast held at Cathedral Prep Auditorium. And our very own 8th grade student Thomas Hoffman and 7th grader Rachel Hoag were also part of the cast.
Alumni who were part of the show include: Emily Abramczyk, Meredith Cesare, Alison Cooney, Kate Cooney, Matt Grisier, Andrew Harrignton, Katie Hoag, Maggie Hoag, Kevin Holland, Zach Kubiak, James Kuehl, Anna Lacy, Brian Lawson, Angela Malaspina, Ryan Malaspina, Mike Mattera, Carolyn McIntyre, Alex Minnaugh, Katie Mischler, Victoria Murawski, Caroline Power, Natalie Prischak, Edward Ruff, Jennifer Torrance, Herbie Torrance, Christina Vojtek, Bryan Welsh, and Paul Wodarski.
The OLP first, second, and third grade students enjoyed the show on Thursday, May 3, 2012 and loved it!
