Calendar Addition and Correction
The teachers at OLP are working on Middle States Accrediation and will need to add another Act 80 Inservice day to the school calendar. As announced previously, the students will not have school this Thursday, February 16, 2012. Students also do not have school on Friday, February 17, 2012 (teacher retreat) and Monday, February 20, 2012 (President's Day). |

Girl Scout News
Calling all Girl scouts to help out at the Girl Scout cookie booth sale after all masses the weekend of February 25 and 26. All girls who sign up to help out and come to their assigned masses will receive a participation patch. All proceeds for the booth sale will help to pay the costs for the end of the year camp out. Girl Scouts 100 Years!
All OLP Girl Scouts are invited to attend the 100th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday March 4. The celebration will begin at 11am mass to celebrate Girl Scout Sunday. The girls are then invited to the cafeteria for a Birthday Party with food, fun, crafts and songs. Come join the fun.  2nd Annual A Sense-sational Evening - tickets on sale soon
A Sense-sational Evening will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012, at The Brewerie in downtown Erie from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. Mark your calendars now for this great evening out. During the event there will be both a silent and Chinese auction. There will also be some other fun surprises. Tickets are available at the OLP Church and School offices.
FREEE PARKING will be available the night of the event in the ACL lot behind The Brewerie!
Don't forget about purchasing your chance to win a $500 tuition voucher for the 2012 - 2013 school year. Tickets are $20 each or 3 for $50. You do not have to attend the event to be eligible to win the tuition voucher.

The 7th and 8th Grade Youth Group has the following events scheduled:
