In Evolution - being more of you:

Your power to create real change
(cause & effect, part 2)

If we can recognize, accept, and embrace that we are truly "the
cause" of our lives - rather than believing we are at the effect
of our lives - we can create all the energy we need to change
our lives and positively impact the world.

Seriously.

If we continue to believe that our lives and the world are not a
reflection of us - not our collective creation - things will likely proceed pretty much as they have been. And in case you haven't noticed, the world has now become an increasingly challenging, rapidly changing place...every day.

We spend so much time pointing fingers, so much energy
investing in solutions that aren't working, and so much
money on media, marketing, and technology that is
exacerbating - rather than alleviating - the situation.

Phew! Makes me tired just writing about it!

Thus, we don't have the energy - time or money - to change
our
own lives.

Ever heard the expression, "the truth shall set you free?"
There may never be a better time - in your life or in the history
of the world - to believe the truth of this statement.

Fires, floods, fluctuating money markets, wars, global warming,
oil spills, sex scandals, nuclear instability, debt, genocide, ethnic
cleansing, sexual dysfunction, addiction, antidepressants, political
partisanship, and profound mistrust...

...ummm, what exactly is it we need to see in order to be clear
we must change course? Seriously?!

Seems like everything I've mentioned above already fits the
so-called "doomsday" predictions for 2012!

What's not working in the world is the same as what's not working in our lives. Our world is a direct reflection of you
and me...the people who inhabit it.

We just forgot what is cause and what is effect.

We are cause. What we are experiencing is effect.

Thank God! Because that means we have the power to
change it.

Gandhi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." He wasn't just waxing spiritual when he said that. He was talking
about the science of us, as well as the spirit of us. His statement
is what I call, "the meeting ground of science and spirituality."

It's about physics again. You are composed of energy. Everyone
and everything around you is composed of energy. The earth
itself is a very large body of energy; as are the sun, the moon
and all the planets in our solar system.

It's all "energy."

So, as simplistic as it sounds, the bottom line is...you change
the "energy" of you and your life...and you directly impact the
energy of the people around you...which in turn impacts the
world.

Is it that simple? Yup. Is it that easy? Nope.

But it's a starting point. And we all need starting points.

Don't allow your mind - or your fear - to prevent you from
starting.

Instead use your mind to imagine how freeing it will be to
know - every day - that you are actually taking actions to
change your life. Use your emotions to feel the empowerment
of not only helping your self, but also benefiting those around you and our world.

So, now you have a starting point; become the change you are
seeking in your own life.

If you want more balance...create a bit more each day. If you
desire more intimacy...get intimate with you. If you want more
open and fulfilling relationships...create that with your self first
and then you can more readily share it...and receive it.

There are several articles on my website that talk about how to
tangibly make change in your life. There are also many "In Evolution" messages in the archives that address this point.

But if you want a more "technical" explanation - the physics -
of what I'm talking about...the real "secret" of all this...

...more tomorrow.
