Friday, September 9 - Sunday, September 11: Highland Memorial Park will host the annual Field of Flags Remembrance event. There is no charge to attend. Visitors are welcome to come to Highland Memorial Park (1515 NE Third Street) from 8 AM - 9 AM daily to experience nearly 3,000 American flags, one for each victim of the 9/11 attacks.
