Greetings!

Intercity State Bank is proud to announce strong financial results for 2010, experiencing record earnings of $2,356,821.00, while realizing growth in assets of 8.9%. We are extremely well capitalized at a 16.23% tier one level, which is one of the most important factors considered when determining the strength of a bank's balance sheet. This puts us in the top 3% of banks within our peer group on a national basis. Loan and Leases grew 2.49% as compared to a negative rate nationally at (-3.06).
We continue to invest in the community by providing funds to help companies grow and create jobs. In addition to home purchases, we experienced a significant influx of new customers taking advantage of historically low interest rates to refinance their homes. We are pleased that we continue to build our reputation as a strong local community bank.
Sincerely,
Randy Balk, President
Intercity State Bank
