Last Moon transmission on Nov 10 was one of a kind. A lot of anger has been accumulated in our physical bodies and also the body of Earth. The entire Occupy Wall Street Movement has surfaced a lot of unreleased anger and the entire world is ready to release negative patterns and change its vibration. Anger does exist, it cannot be ignored. Few days before the full Moon, I could sense the mass anger all over the world. Although I don't watch news on TV, I keep hearing from friends and even noticed others behavior including myself: anger, rage depression everywhere around. Even Mother Earth was releasing anger.
Anger has to be expressed and also released safely, if suppressed is transformed into depression. During these rough periods of time I keep telling my higher self:
"I am the eye of the storm, I can manage every obstacle on my path, I am bigger than any obstacle, I am cool and loving towards myself and others."
Find your own declarations/affirmations and work with them. They do work, but you have to actually do them.
Thank God for the Ministry of Angels and Spirit Guides! Every time I ask for assistance they rush to help me, delivering tons of "goodness". On the last moon transmission I invoked them as usual. This time however they shone their magnificence stronger than ever. I have found myself crying, with tears rolling down my cheeks as their energy was so pure! They have empowered us and if you were present at the time of the transmission and felt it, you know what I am talking about. Two days after the transmission their magnificent energy was vibrating really high!!!

If you get angry without any explanation asks angels to assist you shift from the mind where anger resides into the heart and spread your angel wings. Also it helps if you could keep a vegetarian diet for a while, as most of animals that are killed increase anger in humans. I am not saying what to eat or not what to eat, just experience vegetarian food for while until anger has passed. It is a good idea to spend time in nature, also drink herbal tea that soothes and meditate more than usual.
