We will be hiking for half an hour to a scenic place (easy hike) where Lilly will teach a powerful, creative, dynamic class in the natural setting of Red Rock Canyon, being away from the stresses of traffic, work and high-tech living, while breathing fresh air deeply into your body, strengthening the whole body while taking in the power of the mountain, enjoying earthy fragrances, birds singing, calming the mind, being one with ...the nature! 
 

Duration: Hiking 1 hour out and back
Yoga class aprox 1Hr 30 min
