Aloha!

Last week we came back from the magical Hawaii journey.

Y O U were in my thoughts and I made offerings to the ocean for you as well. There was a very deep learning experience for me as well as a huge upgrade. There is a lot to learn form my experience so please take time and let yourself immerse into the words and spirit of Aloha.

A lot of work and gifting has been taken place, in particular work with the element of air that we all need to focus on right now. We need clean air to breath...very serious matter! Also fire element needs our peace prayers and blessings right now as there is a lot of volcanic and seismic activity going on.

In Hawaii "there was so much magnificence" in the ocean.

Whales - that to me symbolize peace keepers of Earth, were everywhere!!! The more we focused on them the more they would show up to guide us and show us the path. Wild dolphins were also present, we swam with them... SWEET AND JOY! They brought few of us (healers, intuitives, artists) together doing amazing planetary, healing work without knowing each other, without even talking to each other. Speechless! Telepathy is part of our evolution... isn't it AMAZING???

Kaunas (the ancient Hawaiian shamans, healers) attunements were part of our Hawaii journey.

Full Moon Transmission
 

There will be a Full Moon transmission on March 19^th -- join me or set your internal alarm clock for 2:22 pm PST to connect with the transmission

This full moon is a supermoon as it's close to Earth, it will appear about 14 percent larger and significantly brighter than usual. I will invoke the elements and guidance to maintain peace -- internal and external, to focus on the ability to stay calm, adjust our magnetic field if you have been affected emotionally by anything internal or external.

If you find yourself caught in unexplainable fear (there is a lot hapening in the world right now)  start doing abdominal work (about 40 or as many as you can sit-ups) with rhythmic breathing and then relax deeply. It will release your emotional freak-out.
