Full Moon in Aries

Dear Friends,
This Full Moon is very powerful ~ it's the Harvest Moon. It also falls in line with the Autumn Equinox so this is a really SPECIAL. Aries is courageous and if we tune into the qualities and passion of the Aries we can move mountains, however attention is needed to what you say and do. Meditate on letting go of the past and do internal work. The Sun has also entered zero degrees of Libra, the time of the balance of equal day and night, balance between darkness and light one of my favorite points "ZERO" is the point of power and stillness when all is ONE! This full moon is all about power! Breathe deeply absorbing the power of this full moon into your own being.

Yoga and hiking at Red Rock ~Sept 25, 2010
The season for yoga outdoors has come and I am so excited to share the fun with you! YAY! Check out our yoga and hiking at Red Rock this Saturday, Sept 25.
Last week I practiced yoga, breath awareness and meditation in this beautiful setting at Red Rock, I totally LOVED IT! After about an hour and a half of yoga my body was so pumped up that I was ready to complete about 6 more miles of hiking but my stomach was complaining. I usually need fuel for longer hikes and forgot to bring a snack with me. I asked my higher guidance for help as I really wanted to do the hike, weather was way beautiful to go back home, so when I got to the fork where I had to make my decision I have found an apple wrapped in a napkin... super WOW! That apple tasted not only delicious but gave me the fuel to hike the 6 miles loop. Life is good!

"Dear Lilly!
I have been wearing the happy feet balancers every night since I received them.
I could feel right away they were powerful little fellows. At first I wore them a couple of hours during the day
when I got them and they totally knocked me out. I was sleeping for hours the next day. Served me right as they are
nightworkers... but I am a curious kitten. There were also something interesting that happened in the beginning.
As I had them in my hands I could see a flickering light enter through the window for a second.
Even my dog reacted at the same time, looked at the same direction and started to bark.
Then when I wore them under my feet during the first night, I had a vision of a small spiral as it moved upwards
and outwards from my bed out through the window. I saw it from above, outside the house like a streaming spiral.
I don't know what these things means or if I was just imagining, but it was curious.
My legs doesn't hurt as much when I walk. They feel much better. Before I got the happy feet balancers my legs were
in a bad shape. 50% of the pain is gone, or more. Last night I actually forgot to wear them for the first time.
Of course then it was a night of disturbance. As I remembered them early in the morning I put them on and a couple
of hours later I felt a pain in my right foot as if something were dragged out. I could also sense it in the right kidney.
I will continue to wear them the 21 days and then my fianc�e want to try them for 21 days. I have a question.
Do I need to clean the happy feet balancers in a special way, in salt water or anything, and can they be worn by anyone else
with the same positive effect?
I am very pleased with these beautiful little fellows and they are working their little hearts out here, doing a great job.
