On May 5, East Texas ADRC participated in an informative training session led by Travis Lobdell, software training specialist, on a new Harmony software system.  The Harmony system will allow our ADRC to seamlessly and securely integrate I&R services to track a consumer from the point of the initial intake throughout the entire service delivery lifecycle.  We are very excited about this new service and feel that this is an excellent opportunity to better serve the needs of our community.
